What we collect, and what we refuse.
Short, because the practice is small and the promise is simple.
If you use the Readiness Calculator and do not send yourself the summary, we do not keep your answers. Scoring happens in your browser.
If you ask us to email the gap summary, we receive your name, email, optional organisation and scheme, and the scores you already saw. We use that to send the summary and, if it is useful, to follow up like a human. We do not sell it. We do not use client data — including calculator answers — to train models.
