She started this because she was tired of watching scientifically excellent teams discover, too late, that the application did not hold. Fragmented contributors. Claims that could not be sourced. Criteria nobody had mapped. The science was never the weak part.
The method is deliberately unfashionable: criterion mapping, evidence alignment, controlled drafting, independent review. AI is in the workflow because organisation should be fast. It is not the product, and it is not the voice.
